"Kenny the Greek" Kousiakis made sure to walk me through the process, explaining ALL my options and which ones worked best for ME! He was efficient without making me feel rushed or pressured. We were able to work out a deal in no time. I would recommend this dealership and ESPECIALLY Kenny!! He has ALL my future business, including my friends and family for the way he was able to handle my car buying experience! More

No pressure from Kenny - just a lot of patience as I had a TON of questions..........about the Jeep, about financing, term (48 month or 60?) warranty - and Kenny was patient all the way through. It's a real pleasure to deal with someone who treats YOU like you wanted to be treated cuz - let's face it - I wasn't really looking forward to the car buying experience again. But I can now highly reccomend Kenny - and will be back in the future!!! More

I belie Writing reviews is not my forte but when somebody wows you with the great customer service skills, that somebody definitely deserves a praise. I believe when someone works in sales, he/she should already posses those skills. Unfortunately it does not happen all the time. I am talking from my personal experience being sales person and later sales manager for many years for Nordstrom, company that invented customer service. After two weeks of searching for the right car that would fit my needs and not so big budget, I went to Bill Luke dealership on Camelback road in Phoenix. As soon as I approached the building, a nice gentleman greeted me with the cheerful but not fake tone of voice and asked how he could assist me. I told him I needed used car and mentioned my budget. My budget was not big but he did not take a step back. Insted he started asking me questions about my needs and wants. I do not know much about cars and for me they are as good as long as they can take me safely from spot A to spot B. When I asked Lionel (that is his name) about his advice, he first asked me the questions to make sure he gets it right and than gave me his honest opinion. The most importantly I trusted him. And I never trust car dealers... they want to make the most money possible from me and I want to pay the least amount I possibly could. We literally pull in opposite directions. Lionel Hebert listened, knew about product and had great energy. He did not waste my time and was very directive. As much as shopping for the car can be frustrating, I managed to laugh and actually enjoy the whole process. A day later I had minor issues with my car and when I called him he was right there for me to help me. And the issues were resolved in no time. And no formal follow up email, but nice and personalized hand written thank you note arrived few days later from Lionel thanking me for the business and offering assistance with anything in the future. Really? Who sends hand wtitten Thank You cards these days? Well, a guy that cares and wants to keep his business going. Thank you Lionel for everything! You really are a genuinly good person! Not Honest My husband and daughter called several times to check and make sure a vehicle was available prior to driving across town (30 miles). Each time, once being on the way to the dealership, they were told the vehicle was waiting for them. After arriving and being handed off to a different salesman, they were told the vehicle was sold. This is a dishonest practice in trying to get consumers to your dealership. We will NEVER look at a vehicle at this dealership again and will let anyone else looking to steer clear because of their dishonest ways. More
