The Easiest Car I ever Purchased We found a car that we were looking for online and went into the dealership to take a look at it. After the test drive, there was no pressure to sign on the dotted line, no let me go talk to my manager, no hard sales push. He even asked if we wanted time to speak alone, call our insurance to make sure that our rates would be covered. When we were finally presented an offer on the car, it was right where we wanted to be. Our finance rep was great as well. Made the process very smooth. Even after we signed all the papers, another gentlemen spent almost 45 minutes with us going over feature in the car to make sure that we were totally satisfied and told us if we had any questions to bring it right back. The next day, Lionel followed up to make sure that we were still happy and reminded us to stop in if we had any questions or concerns.
