We know you have many options when purchasing a vehicle, and want your choice to be here with us. Our Finance Department will offer available products to each customer such as extended warranties, accessories warranties, GAP Insurance, etc. We take pride in our customer service - something that has kept us in business since 1927, and I personally take great pride in the products and service we provide.

My review had nothing to do with extended warranties, accessories or anything like that. I had made clear throughout the process that I wanted to use my credit card for the down payment due to my truck being totaled in an accident and waiting for the insurance settlement. This was not an issue with the saleswoman, internet salesman, or the sales manager. It only became an issue when the paperwork was half done and I gave the finance person my credit card for the down payment, all of a sudden what I had made clear was no longer possible. If the dealership personnel had been upfront and honest from the beginning that what I wanted to do wasn't possible it would have been fine I would have still bought the truck, but they weren't, they waited until they thought I was at a point where I wouldn't walk out, guess they were wrong.
