So much for "certified" not happy My husband and I traded in our 2016 explorer for a half ton GMC with only 17,000 miles. On the way home it was shaking violently and felt unsafe. U My husband and I traded in our 2016 explorer for a half ton GMC with only 17,000 miles. On the way home it was shaking violently and felt unsafe. Unfortunately to find out $40 later four wheel balancing., that they had put six-year-old tires on a two-year-old pick up. Very shady. the truck also came with no owners manual and no spare key and no floor mats. I don't think I will recommend Bill Luke to any of my friends. The truck had been locked up with no keys for us to look inside and we had done the deal before we were able to see all of what was missing. We just figured we would be well taken care of with a truck that only had 17,000 miles on it. Not the case More
