Cody, we're sorry to hear you are having an issue with your new truck and very sorry to see that you feel this way. When we spoke on Saturday we thought you understood that we simply do not have any cars that are available as loaners. We understand that you may think with our huge inventory we would have plenty of cars to spare. However, these cars are not insured as rentals and could cause huge liability problems for both you and the dealership if we let you borrow one. We did inform you about this in writing when you purchased from us. "LOANER CARS. I understand that the dealer does not provide loaner cars. Rental cars are available..." All of that being said, we do care and do want to help. As we explained on Saturday, we give Enterprise Rent-A-Car space at our dealership for the convenience of our customers. They were closed at the time of your call, but we did talk about getting you into a rental when they opened first thing Monday morning. It is our understanding that you took your truck to a dealership that was closer to your home, we hope there was a simple fix, but when we reached out to you to get an update and see if we could help, our call was not returned. Please reach out to our Sales Manager, Pat, at 602-885-6900 if there is any way we can assist.

Jen, we are sorry that we were not able to come to terms when you were here. We cannot imagine why our salesman would not want to make a sale, but we do know that trade values are subjective. Perhaps we noticed an issue with your trade that another dealer did not? In any event, we are happy that you found someone to pay you what you wanted for your trade. However, we take issue with your claim that we do not honor our advertised prices. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Hello Jamie. We understand how disappointed you must have been to miss out on that Tahoe. This may not make a difference to you now, but the vehicle was 100% available when you were working with Jamie. A customer who was considering the same vehicle the day before decided to move forward with their purchase. Since they had already done the test drive and worked out the bulk of the financial details when he came in to finalize the deal it went very fast. To be fair, Jamie did send you an email which stated: "Having an appointment does not reserve a vehicle of interest. It will remain for sale until we have signed paperwork or if all financial details are agreed to and we have acknowledged receipt of your deposit." That being said, we know the timing on this one stinks. We are sure you were hoping to go home in that Tahoe and your disappointment is understandable. With your permission we will continue to monitor our inventory for something you may like in the hopes that we can make things up to you.

Mr. Jedi, we are sorry we were not able to make a deal with you, but we always honor our advertised prices. Unfortunately, in this instance there are certain credit qualifications (which are spelled out on our website) required to receive an extra rebate from the finance company, Stellantis Financial. We spoke about this with you, but if you would like to revisit your particular credit situation in a more private forum, please reach out to us again. As for the rest of the $4,600 you mentioned, we assume you are referring to tax and license, which are sadly unavoidable.

Ms. Diaz, first we would like to thank you for you and your family's patronage over the years. We are happy to hear that the good service you have received in the past has kept you coming back. We apologize that your most recent trip to our store did not end the way either of us would have liked. Unfortunately, due to the quick timing of everything, Kristine was just not aware that someone happened to come in and purchase the vehicle you were interested in. Had she known she most certainly would have given you a heads up and started working on alternative vehicles for you. We understand that you had another vehicle lined up at another dealership and we sincerely hope that works out for you. However, Ronny will continue to follow up with you if you would like to explore other vehicles.

Hi Liam, we are a little confused about your review. We did let you know we would have your vehicle 2-3 days when you scheduled and reiterated that again when you dropped off. We also provided a rental to you at no cost. We apologize about your experience with sales and we are looking into who you might have spoken with so we can get that addressed. Thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it.

One day free rental. The remaining would have been mine. There is no confusion. I had a scheduled date and time 29 hours later vehicle had not been touched by anyone. I was also told the 4 recalls could have been completed the first day.

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram responded

We did provide a rental and were working on diagnosing the two main shop problems. Next it would have gone to the recall tech, and also up to the bodyshop for the estimate you requested. On the service drive, Anabely went over the time to diagnose and complete the 4 recalls.

I was only offered one day free rental. My appointment was for a particular date and time 24 hours later it had not been touched at all. Otto’s line, date and time does not matter. I only needed one item addressed that was an outside warranty company as I disclosed within 24 hours as not to have to pay the 350 dollar deductible and that did not happen. Why do you schedule people for service if you are only going to take their car to sit on your lot until another day and work on it at your leisure? I was told the remaining days I would have to pay out of pocket for the rental. I have never been scheduled service to then not service the vehicle the same day. Seems like poor planning on your dispatch side. Advisor was great. It is poor management logistically. Also, no one cared about the the body shop not responding to emails I like how you claim now that it was going up for an estimate. Clearly, you have no idea what you’re talking about because I sent over the Install guide to the body shop. They did not need my vehicle to do an estimate. They only they already had what they needed which was the install guide and never responded so you response to cover your end, my complaint about the body shop is just a lie. Also, no one responded about the sales person and his condescending tone and refusal to help. All in all your dealership sucks and I’ll never be doing business there again.

We are sorry for any confusion experienced while shopping with us. The reason the price increased on the truck you were looking at was because we added a SERIOUS lift, wheel, and tire package to it. Please see the description from our website below: Yet another awesome build from our Bill Luke custom shop. We've given some presence to this HD mega cab first by adding a 6" Zone lift kit with Fox shocks. Then fitted a set of Hostile Titan 22" wheels and wrapped them in 37X12.50X22 Falken Wildpeak RT01 tires. We've also fitted a pair of Amp Research powered steps to help get in and out of the vehicle with ease. This truck has a look that demands our attention. Come check it out today!!! We do have a process in place to remove vehicles from our website while they are being upfitted and only return them to the site once the pictures, descriptions, and pricing has been properly updated. We too are wishing that you had a screenshot of what you saw. Did the pictures show the lift? I'm assuming there was some discrepancy or you probably would not have given us a poor review. I have our marketing/IT department looking into it, but with nearly a dozen third party sites such as Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, etc. it can be hard to narrow it down to exactly where the discrepancy occurred. I'm looking at stock# LDN70933 on Billluke.com right now and everything is disclosed clearly and correctly. Again, we do apologize. The last thing we want is for there to be any confusion in our advertising. We do have a friendly and talented sales staff, but I don't think any of us could talk a customer into paying $11,000 more than they want to. That's bad business and we recognize that. We sent you an email to try to explain, but wanted to respect your wishes and remove you from our call list. We hope that you will consider us again though... Our prices are always aggressive, our service is excellent, and we do our best to take great care of members of the military.

martinez.michael86 responded

You are correct it was accurately articulated that a lift was added when I observed the listing initially, however the price was advertised was approximately $73,900. You are playing with the timeline to reflect as if I was negligent. I saw the lift kit in the pictures, and I read about the kit in your description while it was listed for $11k lower than it is listed for today. I researched the components listed to be able to speak intelligently on them. I learned that the Zone torsion bars while functionally similar to BDS kits do not include all features that BDS kits come with and typically are much cheaper. They use a square tubing design instead of a round tube which has received some controversial attention from processional off roaders. I did not intend to use this in that capacity and so was willing to accept that disparity as I like the appearance that it provided. To say it was when the kit was added that you increased the price is inaccurate and deceptive toward me and anyone that reads these reviews, again as though I was a negligent shopper, I was not. As I stated in my original message I have been shopping and researching immensely; a. to know exactly what I want in consideration of trim level and added options, and b. to analyze trends in pricing. The biggest problem I have found is the latter as every dealership, yours included is less than 100% transparent in what the actual cost for a vehicle is going to be for the customer. No where on your site or the third-party broker sites did it show anything that would justify a $11K increase in the advertised price, regardless of added options. It was not until after I inquired about the vehicle that the "actual" price was updated on the sites. It is unfortunate that I didn't think to screenshot the originally price advertised with the added options to prove my point. I'll say it again, very disappointed but alas it is what it is and being active-duty military or not should hold no bearing on how you "take care of" customers let alone how you gain interest (legitimate advertising).
