We originally went in for radiator hoses that we thought would be covered under warranty. They were not, but the service center did find a long list of other “issues” we were unaware of. We told them to fix whatever was covered under warranty with our $100 deductible. A local mechanic quoted us a few hundred dollars to fix the radiator hoses, the same problem Bill Knight Ford wanted to charge literally thousands for! Going elsewhere was a no-brainer! We would have never went to Bill Knight in the first place, but that is who took our warranty. When we told them just to fix what the warranty will cover under our $100 deductible, they demanded we pay additional money for their diagnostic services that we didn’t ask for. We knew what was wrong with it because of the free diagnostic the other mechanic did. On two occasions we were told our car would be done by a certain date only to be told on that day it’s been pushed back another few days/week due to low staff, not having time to get started on it, ect. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, not returned, or extremely delayed. They were unapologetically rude and unprofessional. 10/10 recommend going anywhere but here. More

We purchased a 2016 4-Runer this week and were told that it would be cleaned and detailed before we picked it up. This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership.
