I originally left a 5 star review after purchasing a 2025 BMW M340i from Bill Knight Ford on January 29 because my sales experience with Trell was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire purchase process smooth. I genuinely appreciated working with him. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been very disappointing due to how management handled a serious issue. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began noticing problems with the steering and alignment. The car developed vibration and the front left tire began wearing abnormally. After finally getting the vehicle properly inspected by BMW, I was informed that multiple left front suspension components are damaged, including the tie rod and potentially other parts connected to the prior left front accident listed on the vehicle history report. At the time of purchase, the AutoCheck report provided by the dealership disclosed the accident. I specifically asked about it and was assured that the damage had been fully repaired and that the vehicle was in proper condition. After receiving BMW’s diagnosis, I contacted the dealership hoping to have a conversation about the situation. Unfortunately, management’s response was that they were “not interested in helping.” That response was extremely disappointing, especially considering this is a nearly $60,000 vehicle and the issue appears related to previously disclosed accident damage shortly after purchase. Trell was great to work with and I appreciate the way he handled the sale. However, the way management chose to respond to this situation reflects poorly on the dealership’s willingness to stand behind the vehicles they sell. I hope the dealership chooses to reconsider how this situation is handled. I have documentation from BMW and would have appreciated simply having a constructive conversation about possible solutions. Buyers deserve transparency and support when issues tied to prior damage arise so soon after purchase. More

Was working on a deal with Christian on a Mazda. Came to an agreement on a price and put down when I was told by Tom was a fully refundable deposit if anything happened. Paid them, then not a third party PPI done, the mechanic was not allowed to drive the car, and discovered that along with the rotors being rusted there were multiple break codes on the car cleared. Decided not to go through with the purchase because of this, seemed like a health risk, tried to contact them about getting said deposit back and have heard nothing. They also lied on my credit application and doubled my income monthly, that one I'll have to talk to Huntington National Bank directly about. Be aware they say one thing and to another, will take your money for no services. More

Called in to get a safety recall addressed on my brakes in my car. Service rep told me they will not fix it I have to get on the schedule (2 weeks out). I find this unacceptable. The dealer/ford is passing in my car. Service rep told me they will not fix it I have to get on the schedule (2 weeks out). I find this unacceptable. The dealer/ford is passing their mistake on to the customer as I have cared for this car and completed all maintenance on time. The recall states all that needs to happen is the control module needs to be updated. Like a 5 minute fix. Ford dealer is the only place that can apply this update to the vehicle. If I die in a car crash because my brakes didn't work please put " thanks bill knight ford" on my gravestone. More
