Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle. More

Just thought I'd inform everyone of a recent incident I experienced at Bill Knight Collision at 41st and memorial. I took my car in after a wreck to get the back passenger door fixed. After already having my car for 9 days, it then sat on their lot for a day and a half before I was called to pick it up (keep in mind I'm having to use a rental until then, luckily I'm not having to pay for it). When I picked up the car it was to find it had been trashed and stunk to high heaven. The back passenger floor mat was missing, as well as two vinyl records and 3 school books (also 2 shelves that they were able to find). They also put 132 miles on my vehicle and brought my full tank of gas to a quarter of a tank (again for door repairs). I called and spoke with a manager who then asked me to come back to Bill Knight Collision to talk about what has happened. While I was there the manager, as well at 2 other grown used intimidation and accusations to try and convince me that none of this was their fault and I was wrong about what was missing and the condition the vehicle was returned to me. After a meeting with "the boss" I was called today to be told that the only thing they were going to "do for me" was replace the floor mat and tank of gas. Do not take your business here! They are nothing but liars, thieves and bullies!! BEWARE!! More
