Update: I made an appointment with Lehman Volvo of York, PA. The front brake rotors were found to be slightly warped and were replaced under the Volvo warranty without question. The total time in the dealship was one hour, with no charge to me. I spoke with the service manager at Bill Kidds and questioned why their dealship would not replace the rotors under warranty. He stated that he would "check into it and call be back". Two days later, no return phone call. Lesson learned - I will not be taking my car to Bill Kidds in the future, nor would I recommend them.
