Today and last visit I was graciously helped by Mr. Vince Johnson. What a patient and personable problem solver and customer service representative he is! Another time, one of the service reps spent what seemed like a huge amount of time patiently programming my iphone into the car. Every single man or woman who sits behind those Volvo service desks has shown their expertise and helpful attitude over the years and Vince is simply my most recent contact worthy of praise. When I come in with my 2010 S80 (still under the 5 year warranty/free service) - despite not yet being a paying customer - I am met with friendliness and helped with every concern. Although my car is fine and just needs very small things (tire check, cracked ignition key, new GPS disc, E-ZPass transponder placement, and the usual service work), I have never been treated as if I was troubling anyone for taking up his or her time. I've gotten loaner cars when needed, advice over the phone, and timely appointments. The several men and one woman service staff couldn't be nicer and they are amazingly knowledgeable in explaining everything. Thank You! Dr. A. More

This was an amazing car buying experience. The customer service was top notch. I visited another Volvo dealer in Owings Mills and had the worst experience in a dealership ever. I actually walked out, bec service was top notch. I visited another Volvo dealer in Owings Mills and had the worst experience in a dealership ever. I actually walked out, because of the lack of customer service. We almost did not consider a Volvo because of our experience in Owings Mills, but because of Bill Kidd's, we are now in a Volvo. I went to have my window regulator replaced and to find out why my car wasnt shifting properly from 2-3 gear. Money was not an issue, I just wanted my car repaired. Dean is the assistant service manager who was very deceptive, he put a defective part in my car and didnt tell me. He didnt return my calls. Once I picked my car up and notice the defective part, I called and asked if he would find out from the mechanic if it were defective. He didnt return my call. When I did get him on the phone, he was very conflicting in what he said. I dont trust this dealership and will never return. More
I have been taking my 2009 Volvo to Bill Kidd's service Dept. since I purchased the car in April of 2009. At that time Wayne Cernik told me that Bob Garrish would be my service rep. Bob has alway service Dept. since I purchased the car in April of 2009. At that time Wayne Cernik told me that Bob Garrish would be my service rep. Bob has always been incredibly kind and helpful and attentive when I have brought the car in. This last visit I thought I might need new wiper blades but Bob had the service tech clean them and they are as good as new. Bob saved me more than $60. He also gave me a coupon that another customer had not used and saved me about $30! He also always explains to me what work needs to be done on the car. This time it was mostly about tire rotation and re-alignment. He is an outstanding service rep! Anne Bailliere More
