Worst Service Experience Ever I stopped taking my car here for service last year because these folks were so rude. Now I have an issue that has to be resolved at the dealership instead of my regular mechanic. They were so rude on the phone that I won't dare go near that place. Apparently treating customers with a little basic common courtesy is not important to the staff at Bill Kidd's. I'll drive to another state before I take my car in to them. More

The rates offered by Bill Kidd's were much higher when compared to another dealer, still we decided to finalize our car at this dealership as it was closer to our house. Unfortunately when we asked the store manager for a better deal on the miles per year, if not the monthly payment - he became aggressive m and asked us to not come back if we walk out. We did want to go back and get the car, but the rude behavior was enough that anyone like us could take. We are never ever going back to Volvo more so at Bill Kid's. Most horrible car buying experience ever!! More

I contacted Bill Kidd's via email asking for a specific year, make, model and trim level with additions. Mike wrote back promptly, researched quickly and saved the sales pitch, which I greatly appreciated. (I also emailed other dealers and either got a sales pitch or no email at all.) Mike was responsive, thorough and very friendly. He had no problems communicating with me via email, which was my preference. And when it came time to pick up my van, Mike took the time to show me all the great features I was getting (when he could have easily just given me a manual and shown me on my way). I still can't believe I just bought a car because it was such a pleasant experience, not the one I've been dreading. Mike offered to be there if I had any questions...what a nice personal touch. Today I bought my first Toyota, but with such great customer service, it certainly won't be my last! Thank you, Mike and Bill Kidd's! More

Used Car Purchase and Financing I have been looking for a Toyota Sequoia. I saw one online and stopped in and met Kevin Sewell, a sales person. We discussed the vehicle, looked at the CarFax and took a test drive. The car was immaculate, drove like a new car so I decided on the spot to purchase the car. I also filled out a credit app as well. We had to work out a few details so in the meantime I arranged financing with Wells Fargo online last night. So I went in to the bank to get the check and signed the papers today. I went to the dealership and Kevin asked if I would consider financing through the dealership and I said why???To my advantage, they got me a rate 1/2 % lower through Wells Fargo so I did it through them and took the check back to the bank. Also, I had mentioned I wanted to consider a warranty. When I met with Tom Walter, the finance guy he offered with NO PRESSURE AT ALL a NEW CAR WARRANTY on my 2007 Sequoia, 4 years, 48,000 miles...$.1800...a no brainer since the car could not be certified because it was over 7 years old....The warranty is better than the certification!!! All in all a great car buying experience and I will go back to Kevin to buy again. Heck, I'll even use Tom to help me with financing!!! Good job, guys. More

Waste of Time Traveled from York, PA because they had the C70 color combo I wanted and wouldn't dealer trade to Lehman Volvo. I was told I would receive a competitive value for my trade. After being presented a car without any demonstration, we completed a test drive. We had to fill a paper credit application even after completing the online application that captured the same info. We were told that our trade looked brand new, then was offered $3500 less than what Lehman Volvo was offering. Paul never called with an update, and when and I called, he simply said there was nothing he could do. The visit was a tremendous waste of time and I would not recommend this Volvo store. More
