Worst Volvo dealer in md will never return No integrity service poor. Each time I had to take my vehicle there it was always some unresolved issue and I was charged ridiculously if it wasn’t for the fact t service poor. I had to resolve an issue they couldn’t figure out after numero visits back. Dishonest. Had agreement in writing to purchase car that was specially ordered for agreed upon price. I applied for financing with the VIN number and when I arrived to pick the car up they had a sold sticke was specially ordered for agreed upon price. They also lied.to my face. I am filing a formal complaint with the government and other avenues and considering a small claims action for breach of.contract. if More

Dropped off our 2019 Volvo XC90 for scheduled routine maintenance on 10/7/2021 in Cockeysville MD at 7:30AM, picked up car before closing. In early November we received parking citation in the amount of maintenance on 10/7/2021 in Cockeysville MD at 7:30AM, picked up car before closing. In early November we received parking citation in the amount of $52.00 from Baltimore City. The location on the citation was 400 Eaton Street, date 10/7/2021, time 12:38PM, which was the day & time that our Volvo was in for service. Spoke to the Service Manager and he stated he would investigate which employee worked that day on our car. If we had not received that citation, we would have not known that our vehicle was driven 40 extra miles that day. The Service Manager offered to send us a check for the amount of the citation, but no compensation for the mileage or gas. More
