I have bought five cars from this dealer. Nick to sales manager is a great guy and easy to deal with. The service department is a different story. It seems like this dealership service department likes to over inflate your tires. When I reviewed this dealership I gave it a poor rating do to having my tires inflated to 39 pounds. When a management person by the name of Donnie called me I voiced my concerns. He tried to tell me that it is OK to have your tires overinflated. I tried to explain to him that recommended tire pressure is 33 psi and that’s what it states on the door. He told me that it is common to over inflate tires. When I started to question his logic his attitude towards me changed. It seem like he didn’t care if I ever came back to the dealership again. You would think with the economy the way it is managers would try to do what they can to keep their customers happy especially long time customers. Like I said great place to buy a car not so great to him your car serviced there and dealing with Donnie. More
