Everything was great and Rick was fantastic! I’ve only had my vehicle a few years with very limited miles, and when they informed me that the issue was needing a completely new transmission I was devastat had my vehicle a few years with very limited miles, and when they informed me that the issue was needing a completely new transmission I was devastated! We just purchased our first home and have a baby coming at the end of summer, so trying to figure out how to afford the repairs was crushing. Thankfully, Rick pointed me in the direction of Nissan corporate for potential assistance and to my surprise, they were able to provide assistance for almost the entire repair. Rick assisted with a rental during the time of my repair and communicated extensively to keep me up to date every step of the way. Truly amazing service and assistance all around. I took my Versa because of a rattle noise. I arrived earlier and Jeremy took me into the waiting area. Later on I talked to Mark who explained the problem in easy way for me to understand.
