I usually have my car serviced at a different Nissan dealership near my home, but have been very disappointed with their service and lack of communication. This was the most frustrating experience I had with car service/dealership. My mom had to be the one to take my car for service & she feels the same exact way. Things started off ok. However, once a decision was made to what I would like to be done regarding repair, things went downhill from there. Carl from the service Dept mentioned a $195.00 diagnostic fee if the repair they suggested was not done. I chose to go on ahead with the repair, however I did not approve everything from the estimate. Instead, I approve just a few things from the original estimate to be done. Yet, Carl insisted that I get everything done & warned me that if not, my car is not safe to drive. The only thing that I didn’t get done was my cooling fan issue, that he was charging me $900+. With that, since I didn’t want to go on with that repair he charged us the diagnostic fee anyway, he said since I didn’t approve the whole estimate repairs. Then when the car was ready, I requested a copy of the invoice to be sent to me via email, yet again another road block for Carl. Somehow he couldn’t send me a copy. Overall, I feel as if things could’ve been handled better & its just unfortunate how poor their customer service is. More
