I brought it in for a recall repair. They took my car right away. I only waited about 30 minutes for them to do the work. Very Nice. The only downside to the whole visit was that Nissan would not honor the free oil change coupon attached to the recall notice. Come on Nissan! Why should the coupon expire? That's bad customer service but not the fault of the dealership if I'm to believe what they told me. It's those kinds of miscues that put doubt into customers' minds when thinking about their next vehicle. More
