Making an appointment for routine maintenance is the way to go. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The prices I was charged for an oil change and new battery were competitive with other places. I was upset to have to be driven to enterprise car rental. It was a nightmare my car wasn’t clean so I had to wait 35 minutes there and caused me also to be late returning to work. My first frustrating experience with bill kay as I have been a member for 11 years. After the ordeal with the car rental I went back home 45 minutes away and they called me 10 minutes later to tell me my car was done. I did bring my laptop to work remote but they said it would take a day to fix. Went back after work to get my car another 45 minutes. Not sure why I couldn’t have taken a car in the lot and put me theu the rental BS! Rant over 😁 More
Very disappointed, I had a tire that was losing pressure. I asked to have it checked. Was told tire was fine. However, tire continued to lose pressure as there was a nail in it.
