Scheduled an oil change as well as a few other things that I thought would be due to be done because of the duration of time between now and when I bought my car. Come to find out, I was going to be char that I thought would be due to be done because of the duration of time between now and when I bought my car. Come to find out, I was going to be charged for things covered under my service contract, and then had to argue and show paperwork that it should've been covered. Then was told "if I do this, then we're done"...meaning they were going to take care of the costs (as they should've due to my service contract I paid for). They also had to order a part for me to have a discolored part on my car replaced...of which I don't think was done since it's been over two weeks since the service visit. I also didn't appreciate the fact that they have never recommended services that should be done, nor that I have to ask for my "multipoint inspection" checklist...makes me wonder if they even check anything out, or if they just check a few boxes and make it look like everything is okay with the car...which I know there are things to be done, that haven't been done. I currently have a little under 26k... More
