I think Robert did great with taking care of me, however, there was a lot of confusion with each department. I was told to come in whenever but, then, when I would call to confirm, the service guys would be there was a lot of confusion with each department. I was told to come in whenever but, then, when I would call to confirm, the service guys would be on lunch or just not available. I think clearer communication on that part would have made the experience even better. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was extremely appreciated. More
