Considering that I had to bring the truck back to fix a leak on a tire. I can't give them 5 stars, but I will give them 3 because they did eventually fix it. They just wasted my time having to go back and leak on a tire. I can't give them 5 stars, but I will give them 3 because they did eventually fix it. Bill Kay Nissan Service Center has been my choice for any and all service the past 8years, now on my 3rd lease vehicle. I have also brought my other car (Toyota) in for service as well. Only issue I have are the tires on my vehicle - no good. The Bridgestone tires have less than 24,000 miles on them and they need to be replaced, but at who's cost? I can't get a response from anyone. I can't rate the mgmt. department because if I have nothing nice to say about emails not responded to involving the "bald" tires, then I should say nothing at all. However, The Service Dept., customer service, for returning phone calls and messages is outstanding. Dr. Bob More
