Went in for service on my car today. Was greeted by the staff when I walked into service. Was greeted by a mechanic who came in the waiting room and said good morning to all of us. But the GM walked right past the 4 customers without saying a word. He’s happy to take your money when you’re buying. Could care less about you after the fact. Came out of the restroom and then he stood and watch TV for a few minutes still said nothing and went to his office. Some people feel so entitled! Very disappointed. By the way we love Tim and Ric! .
