Bill Kay's service department is OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend the service department at Bill Kay Nissan ENOUGH!!!!! They really go the extra mile to help their customers. Though I don't relish bringing in my car for service...it is much more tolerable going to Bill Kay's service department! More

Service for Recall Ryan and the team that I worked with were helpful and timely. I was disappointed with the loaner car I was offered. It was much smaller than the vehi Ryan and the team that I worked with were helpful and timely. I was disappointed with the loaner car I was offered. It was much smaller than the vehicle we dropped off and was not clean when I received it. We ultimately were set up with a rental that met our expectations. One other item of note, we were not advised ahead of time that the repair work for the recall may require your vehicle be left for a couple of days. Not a deal breaker for the experience but would be good to know that heading in for the service evaluation. More
