Fix a problem with head lamps I had a 9 AM appt but they did not begin to work on my car until 10:15. I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour for nothing. If you knew you would not be able to work on my car until 10 then why tell me I had a 9 AM appt. When they were finished with servicing my car it sat for over a half hour until I asked why. WASTE OF TIME. If you wanted me to leave the car for the day then tell me. I spent over four hours in your waiting room. Another personal matter... when I used the restroom there was NO toilet paper or towels and when I informed the service agent nothing happened until another sales person used the restroom and replace the materials. That is not good customer service. More

Usually takes 3 tries to get car fixed correctly Takes a while to diagnosis my car as my car throws a lot of codes always ( a bunch which you have to ignore to figure out what the root cause is.... This time the first time I drove it after getting it home it through the Check Engine Soon light , so going back tomorrow to see what was not put back together correctly (yes in previous repairs there were always interior plastic covers not replaced ).
