Todays service was very fast I get my car serviced here every time. Sometimes it takes a little longer then others, but overall the service is good, I dealt with Rick today and he I get my car serviced here every time. Sometimes it takes a little longer then others, but overall the service is good, I dealt with Rick today and he was great. Very professional, very pleasant. I am thinking about buying another car in the next 6 months and his attitude may have convinced me to come back here to buy it. When I went to pay it took about 10 minutes due to the fact the credit card system wasn't working. In that ten minutes not one word was said to me why I was waiting so long, even though the woman was sitting right in front of me. I could see that she was having issues, but a quick "were having problems, this will take a few minutes" would have been nice. More

Business as usual All work that I expected was done quickly. They found a couple other problems that needed addressing and explained why. Kurt Krueger made me feel like a valued customer instead of just a number. He took the time to make sure my car was "diagnosed properly". (My car was misdiagnosed wrong 2 time by other shops). I thank Kurt K and his manager for all the help and assistance needed to get the job done. A beautiful loaner car was provided while an extensive repair was made. (Blower assembly for air condition) More
Rude service guy I had scheduled an app for a sensor replacement. I had requested a shuttle from the dealer to my job and back. However when the car was done Fernando I had scheduled an app for a sensor replacement. I had requested a shuttle from the dealer to my job and back. However when the car was done Fernando called me letting me know and when I asked him I needed a ride back he said there was nothing he could do because the shuttle guys weren’t there and he put many more excuses and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and another service guy answered and he was able to get the shuttle to my job, I don’t understand why Fernando couldn’t do that. More
