Rick the service writer understood the issue and scheduled me immediately. He arranged for a porter to drive me home. He called that afternoon and told me my vehicle was ready. End of June had it in for oil change and now suddenly it has leaky axels to the tune of $2200. Find it very hard to believe that didn’t exist a month earlier. Nor in December 2018 when it was also in for service. More
