Stranded in Chicago with car problems My car started having issues when we were in Chicago on vacation. We were 5 hours away from home, and I wasn't sure how we would make it back. Spoke with Jerimy from the dealership that evening, and he got my car in first thing the next morning. It was a major repair that was taken care of in one day. Total rip-off I have problem with my car cooling system. They were not able to diagnose the problem in the first go, but came up with bunch of recommendations which I have problem with my car cooling system. They were not able to diagnose the problem in the first go, but came up with bunch of recommendations which costs 500$. After I agreed to the recommendations, they did the recommended changes and came back to me and said engine overheating is due to blown head gasket and it would cost another 3500$. They never explained me the diagnoses process and why they were not able to identify the problem on the first go. Not worth it at all for the money they charge. I will never go again... More
