Service people couldn’t fix my issues Recently I have notice really bad rattles on my cars headliners and doors, I had to go out of my way and take a couple hours off work to be able to ta Recently I have notice really bad rattles on my cars headliners and doors, I had to go out of my way and take a couple hours off work to be able to take my car in to get this checked out because they couldn’t do it on weekends, when I got there I told them the issues and showed the service guy Rick were the rattle was coming from, the car is still under warranty so that’s why I wanted these issues fixed since the car is still fairly new. Later on about 7 hours later I got a call and they said they had done my oil change and fixed other issues and that they tightened up the headliner but couldn’t do anything about the door rattle, when I got there and paid and went back into my car to check the headliner the issue was still there, there’s still something that’s loose there and it’s making a lot of noise, I went and told the guy that was there at that time and all he said was that they couldn’t do anything at that time because everyone was gone and just to call on Monday to figure something out, I got there around 5 PM so it still wasn’t closing time. This is extremely upsetting because I left my car there and nothing was done even after I showed him where the rattle was coming from, and to make matters worse they don’t even offer loner cars or anything to accommodate people. I have never had a good service visit with this dealership the only reason I go here is because I bought the car here. More
