Ric was extremely helpful and did what he could to lower the price of my transmission replacement. With his suggestion to reach out to Nissan consumer affairs, the price of a new transmission at the dealers the price of my transmission replacement. With his suggestion to reach out to Nissan consumer affairs, the price of a new transmission at the dealership was cheaper than local shops I’ve used in the past. I was able to get a loaner while the work was done. Communication and customer service were amazing! More
