They did a good job in analyzing the problem with the transmission. However, I AGAIN asked them not to change the seat position and OF COURSE they did!!! Very frustrating!! I always carry disinfectant wipes with me so I wiped down the inside of my car before I touched anything. I would suggest the use of masks for anyone driving another persons vehicle. More
Delivery of Car (Nissan-setting up hands free, remote) I purchased my Nissan at another dealership and they never showed me how to operate the car including setting up hands free/i phone, setting rear view I purchased my Nissan at another dealership and they never showed me how to operate the car including setting up hands free/i phone, setting rear view mirrors, using the remote car fab properly. I walked into my local NIssan dealership and asked if they could show me how to set up those items. Steve was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though I didn't purchase the SUV from this dealership, they went out of their way to help me. Steve took the time to explain how to use all the features my car offered. I was amazed at how easier it was going to be to use the keyless remote. I had no idea the features I was missing. Steve was extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and not only showed me how to work everything, he had me demonstrate to make sure I was able to to it own my own when I left. People that handled my recall were wonderful. However, I was extremely disappointed to see a mgr walk around w/o a mask. When asked by a co-worker where was it his response was, "he wasn't around anyone". W was extremely disappointed to see a mgr walk around w/o a mask. When asked by a co-worker where was it his response was, "he wasn't around anyone". Which was totally untrue. I had just witnessed him coming from the service area with an "unmasked" employee! So, this particular mgr. has no regard for the guidelines established to keep all of us safe. He later put on a mask, but this was only after it was brought to his attention in front of mask wearing customers! Who are the Covid Police in that place? It's certainly not management. Maybe he hasn't been personally impacted by this evil, but it is very real. I had 3 family members, all siblings die within a month of each other. Another family member,both her & her husband w/ 6 children contracted the virus. Thank GOD they survived. So, I think that we can all do our part to stop spreading this awful disease, Please. More
