I was very nice unhappy with the amount of time it took, I came in for a recall which I was told would take 45 minutes to an hour 45 minutes later I was told there was another issue that came up and would o I came in for a recall which I was told would take 45 minutes to an hour 45 minutes later I was told there was another issue that came up and would only take another 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I had to go and ask how much longer my car would take, oh another 15 minutes, 15 minutes later I come back oh it’ll be another 16 minutes. Also while I was there I used the bathroom and it was disgusting, the urinal had urine and hair all over it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks More
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and had a coupon to use that you had to present before service, at check in they took it and said it will be deducted. Got to the cashier to pay, and no discou coupon to use that you had to present before service, at check in they took it and said it will be deducted. Next, oil change maintenance light was not reset, drove out of the dealership with a light saying im due for an oil change soon. Lastly, the day of service it was pouring rain and after the oil change the car was parked out in the rain in the parking lot rather than providing service and parking it near the service bay or in the service bay where customers can drive in. I have used a different Nissan dealership for 12 years and their service departmemt was outsanding. Decided to use the service department of the dealership I obtained my car from and I could not be more dissappointed, this was the first and last time having my car serviced here. More

If we're not already in bad times. Where was the sanitizer in your building? I would never do you shuttle again. The gentleman who drove had his ear buds in the whole time. No conversation. For someone that cleans your cars I would think the shuttle it self would be immaculate. The shuttle was FILTHY!!!!! I'd take a Uber any day over taking this shuttle ever again. I would've tipped him, but why?? Going to a dealership I would think your service would be outstanding. On top of leaving me a dirty filter and additional parts left behind in my vehicle. Come to find out you forgot to put the filter back in. It's too bad your service was so terrible as I really enjoyed sales. I will be taking my service to Naperville. We will not be returning👎🏻👎🏻 More
