Carl said he would call when tire was in which was supposed to be around 4:00. He never called. Tried calling multiple times after 4 to find out and got his voicemail. Despite appointment for oil change, my son had to wait 2.5 hours at dealership until vehicle was ready. Really? Completely unacceptable.What is the point of an appointment?
