This was my first time at the dealership, and I had called ahead because I only had one copy of my key for my car. I called the parts department to have it ordered, and when I came in, they already kne called ahead because I only had one copy of my key for my car. I waited for about 25-30 minutes in the waiting room, and they finished up quickly and was in and out within an hour. Great service, and everyone was very nice.
