We bought a Nissan Leaf, and so far could not be happier. Steve is truly the EV guru, going above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the features and new way of driving. The initial vehicle we’d chosen was being transferred from another dealership, and when Bill Kay Nissan learned there was damage, they found us a similar vehicle that happened to come with some extra touches but they picked up the expense to ensure we were happy customers despite the relatively minor delay. We didn’t expect that, and definitely appreciated it. In a follow up email to my first survey, I was asked to include any recommendations I might have. This has nothing to do with the dealership, per se, but maybe they can help: with the purchase of a new Nissan Leaf, Nissan currently offers an EZ Charge (“no charge to charge”) card for use at public charging stations. So far, I haven’t been able to register the card to activate and use it, which I found (after searching online) seems to be a common issue. It would be great if Bill Kay and other dealerships would work with EZ Charge and Nissan to improve this experience—maybe even help their customers get it working before they leave the lot.
