On Friday he asked us if we were interested in an extended warranty and we told him we were not. On Saturday he remembered we didn't want it and there was absolutely no pressure about anything we didn't want, which was also very nice for a change!! Oil change and problem solved. I went in for and oil change and tire rotation and a problem with the garage door opener. I did not have an appointment. Tired Came in for routine service and found out I needed tires much to my surprise. Would have thought they would have done better job inspecting tires before certifiing it. More
