Tried it So I’d first like to point out that the finance manager was great. He was actually friendly, explained things in depth, was honest, and overall a general pleasure. To work with. My salesman, on the other hand, was less than any of those qualities mentioned above. First of all, during email correspondence he would say he sent me quotes, which he did not, and also be very delayed in responding to my questions. Once in the dealership, his personality can be best described as a wet mop. Not only was he less than friendly or customer centric, he tried to TELL me what car I was going to go with”. I went into the dealership and was completely honest, told him I just want to know if/what I can get financed for out of either of the two cars I was looking at. I liked both, but after a test drive, I found things that were less than desirable with one of them. So in turn, he tried to tell me they only ran financing on one of them, the one in which I was starting to not like due to cosmetic issues, bad brakes etc... and he literally came and sat down and said “So I think it’s best we go with the Camry. It has less miles and a good car”. I almost spit. I retorted that what car I was going to “go with” us MY decision, not his, and that I wanted to know what my financing options were for both. He TRIED TO TELL ME WHAT CAR I WAS GOING TO CHOSE TO BUY AGAIN. Finally I had to threaten to leave in order for him to get the financing ran for the other vehicle, which is what I wanted in the first place- to see what my options would be for BOTH xxxx VEHICLES. Not to be TOLD what car I was going to buy by a salesman who decided for me! I did get the car I truly ended up picking, which is beautiful and runs amazingly... BUT BEWARE. Especially if you are a woman alone. I think this young buck Arael didn’t realize he tried it with the wrong lady and I’m not a damsel in distress and sure as xxxx not going to let a car salesman TELL me what car I am going to buy that day. Change your tactics, have some personality, and remember that customers make you money. You’re in the business of customer service. Try to at least put the effort to deliver great customer service and not a bad taste in people’s mouths. More

Montreal Jazz Festival I took my 2018 Ridgeline in for a 6 month service check before I left for Canada.
