Last Time My wife drove her car over to dealer for an oil change and had to spend $140 on a new battery. This car has never had a problem not starting and in fact this was the first instance. Employee started rated that the car would not start at all. It's things like this that is giving Honda a bad name. I will be notifying corporate for sure. More

After consulting with the service department, we had the vehicle towed to the Honda servic Our Odyssey'e engine light came on and it began to vibrate. After consulting with the service department, we had the vehicle towed to the Honda service center. Diagnosis and repairs were performed the same day. There was no charge to us since the repiar and tow were coverd by Honda Care. More

I've purchased about 6 new vehicles in the last 15 years so it's nothing new to me trying to get the One of the best dealer experiences I've ever had. I've purchased about 6 new vehicles in the last 15 years so it's nothing new to me trying to get the best deal. After doing homework for the vehicle I was going to purchase I arrived at the dealer and Sal (sales) had the deal worked out for me in under 30 minutes. No back and fourth as my numbers were right on target. He made one trip to the manager and that was it. I was out the door in 3 hours with my new car and can't thank Sal enough. He was upfront, honest, and extremely pleasent to work with. Getting into the business office it's well known that they push extended warranties, simoniz, and the extras on you. Steve (business) was only doing his job but didn't appreciate the pushback I received from him in declining all the offers. He asked for explanations for declining and even though I obliged I did t feel that this was needed. Otherwise he was very pleasent, and again only doing his job in the upsale. All in all an A+ dealership. All the folks I dealt with really came through. More
