After doing homework for the vehicle I was going to purchase I arrived at the dealer and Sal (sales) had the deal worked out for me in under 30 minutes. No back and fourth as my numbers were right on target. He made one trip to the manager and that was it. I was out the door in 3 hours with my new car and can't thank Sal enough. He was upfront, honest, and extremely pleasent to work with. Getting into the business office it's well known that they push extended warranties, simoniz, and the extras on you. Steve (business) was only doing his job but didn't appreciate the pushback I received from him in declining all the offers. He asked for explanations for declining and even though I obliged I did t feel that this was needed. Otherwise he was very pleasent, and again only doing his job in the upsale. All in all an A+ dealership. All the folks I dealt with really came through. More
