The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I got the necessary locks on my wheels replaced so I was now provided a key to them. I was told that the wait was 6-8 month and they would call me when it is available. Nobody ever called me. I switched to Nissan and drove off with new Pathfinder right away. I drive by past your half empty parking lot quite often and do not have any desire to come back. More

Marc was great. Took a lot of time and made many back and forth phone calls to try and get my issue resolved with my aftermarket warranty company.
