My 2005 Tahoe was having many issues and when another dealer was not resolving the repairs, I came to Bill Kay and found the BEST service department ever! Mark Bowling is diligent and exudes the confidence that every mechanical issue will get solved. He has now worked on several of the cars I own and I have been most satisfied. I have returned many times since I own a number of business and personal vehicles and am always completely satisfied. He is the reason that I will keep a Chevrolet product in my driveway. In a world of finger pointing and excuses, it is refreshing to find such a professional service representative. More

No matter what the reason, when I bring one of my cars in for service, the entire vehicle is checked out for any potential future issues and I am alerted by phone. I never worry about the condition of my wife's car or her safety in it. In addition, Mark Bowling and his crew go out of their way to personalize their services. For example, I've had a car delivered to my home after work was performed on it due to an injury that left me unable to drive for a few weeks. I just want to say the Bill Kay has a very friendly and helpful service staff. They are great about recommending but helping you stagger the service to fit your budget. This dealership overperforms and overdelivers every time. I did purchase my vehicle there four years ago and the sales process was pleasant - something I never expected when I was faced with having to purchase a car. Since then, the service has been amazing. The whole service team is courteous, friendly - and the work they perform is excellent. And I also must comment on the cleanliness of the dealership and specifically the service area - it is spotless, even in the area where the service work is taking place. I took my Silverado in for service to repair the tail gate and drivers window. I made my appointment on line ,Eric set it up for me. Rich listened,as I explained why I was there. Brought car in for a leak underneath. Service writer was helpful, great to work with on checking in the car. Communication was great with the Service team. All work doen was explained and understood.
