Excellent first service visit Made our first oil change visit - only 2,500 miles, but 6 months. Greeted by Service Manage MARK Bowling himself. MARK gave us a very gracious welcome, quickly completed the paper work and discussed suggested maintenance for our low mileage use. When finished, MARK himself briefed us on the completed work, thanked us very sincerely for our business, and made us feel like their most important customer. A+ experience all the way! More

We were greeted by HARRIS, who explained the process, quickly took our car data, and escorted us to the waiting room. We also discussed the oil change schedule with HARRIS, as we drive less than 4,000 miles a year. He professionally explained the Bill Kay recommended timing, and left us feeling confident we'll receive excellent future service. Upon leaving, we went to open the trunk (to retrieve our coats) with our FOB, and nothing happened. HARRIS quickly came out and immediately recognized that because the keys were in the ignition, this was a safety feature of the Impala. He VERY graciously explained the situation to us, with good humor to insure we wouldn't feel embarrassed, and thanked us for using their service department. The service center could probably sell more cars than sales! I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disab I had sooooo Many issues with the sales department. I understand it is my fault because after my car accident left me disabled, my credit became disabled as well! So I walk in to buy a car with poor credit and low income. John Miniuc eventually got me approved although for not what I was originally promised. The only positive thing that is left about this dealership is these service guys. I spent most of my horrific day at the dealership yesterday in the service department. They let me vent and have always maintained a high level of professionalism and showed compassion for all I was dealing with. Sad that they're connected with this dealership as I was made to feel as though I should be GRATEFUL I got anything at all from them and made to feel so low. If you dont have decent to great credit and/or a nice down payment, expect to be bullied and basically told to take it or leave it. Avalanche Service The problem with my Avalanche was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The work was completed within the timeframe promised and under the estimated cost. The problem with my Avalanche was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The work was completed within the timeframe promised and under the estimated cost. The Avalanche was returned to me washed and cleaned. It has been 30 days since the repairs were completed and there has been no recurrence of the original problem. I would highly recommend Bill Kay Chevrolet and Mark Bowling. More
