Oil consumption test Brought my 2011 Equinox 2.4 in to have the oil changed and start the process of doing the consumption test due to I'm burning oil and adding up to 4 q Brought my 2011 Equinox 2.4 in to have the oil changed and start the process of doing the consumption test due to I'm burning oil and adding up to 4 quarts of oil between changes. Oil Change Good But Car Detail Was Not Done I had an oil change and tire rotation done and this was fine. I also had a detail for the car scheduled, but the detail was never done. I went throu I had an oil change and tire rotation done and this was fine. I also had a detail for the car scheduled, but the detail was never done. I went through a lot of trouble to drop my wife's car off the night before, taking her to work, changing car seats around, picking her up from work and driving back to the dealership. I could have just driven the car in for the oil change and stayed there until it was done. No one ever called me to let me know the detail was not being done. I could not leave the car for another day as my second car was being worked on at a different place the next morning and I needed to Chevy to go to an appointment the next day. Mechanic work was good, so I can recommend that for service,but I can not recommend getting your car detailed at this location. I was also given the status report and inspection form for someone else and a different vehicle, not the one for my vehicle. More
