Another oil change My Suburban was due for another oil change. When I purchased the vehicle I received the first 2 for free. Let's be honest, an oil change at the deal My Suburban was due for another oil change. When I purchased the vehicle I received the first 2 for free. Let's be honest, an oil change at the dealer takes quite a bit longer than at a quick change joint. However, it was also quite a bit cheaper and with a coupon they had sent it was very cheap. So, I had their shuttle drop me off at the health club, got a workout in and an affordable oil change. All good. More
Too long of a wait time There was only one person checking people in and I already had a service reservation on line which they new by their greeting. It took about 5 minutes There was only one person checking people in and I already had a service reservation on line which they new by their greeting. It took about 5 minutes to enter me into the system even though I had this reservation. I gave a mychevroletrewards voucher to the service person who thanked me for giving it to her ahead of time. When it was time to leave after an hour for the oil change, the mechanic showed me an issue, and I was appreciate. I waited an additional 10 minutes to have the paperwork brought up, and then the service representative had a problem entering my voucher lengthening my wait. I believe it should have been handled the hour before, and the wait time here was rediculous. More

Crap service Previous problems with repairs made to my car make me consider the credibility of the technicians at Bill Kay to be poor. I once had to take my car in Previous problems with repairs made to my car make me consider the credibility of the technicians at Bill Kay to be poor. I once had to take my car in 4 times in the span of about one month to fix the same probkem. Each time a new problems was found made me question if the original problem that I paid for was really a problem at all. During my most recent visits I was told after an inspection of the car during an oil change there were no problems and nothing needed to be serviced in the near future. A little over a month later when I brought my car in due to what I later found out was a broken water pump, the inspection revealed several major problems with the car that should be serviced sooner than later. Due to my previous experiences with the technicians I find this hard to believe. Or because of my belief in lack of credibility did one tech do a proper inspection and the other miss major problems? Who knows at this point. Not to mention my last repair that took from drop off to pick up about 5 hours apparently required over $700 of labor which seems astronomically overpriced. I will not recommend service to anyone I know to be performed at Bill Kay. I plan on taking my service needs elsewhere. More

Customer service and communication service was terrible. The manager was the only helpful person, his name was Tom. Everyone else was terrible.
