2017 Spark I brought my car in for a oil change, and to have a routine bumper to bumper check. There was some confusion over a recall. I had brought my car in for a air bag recall shortly after I bought it. It had another recall that needed to be addressed. They said they could take care of it along with the oil change. I went to the visitors lounge, and after about a hour I went into the shop area . I had to be at work at noon and was becoming concerned. At that point I found out they were fixing the original air bag recall again. Marc realized the mix up and did everything to straighten it out. I was given a loner so I could get to work so they could do what they needed to do to correct the problem. The next morning I picked up my car my oil change was free, and they had taken care of the recall that should have been done. Excellent, quick service Jamie said my oil change, for which I had made an appointment, would be 1hour, 15 minutes. As I had my infant daughter, this concerned me. Three headlights in two years They have horrible customer service. They don’t fix things properly. I went back 3 times for them to change headlight. You have to take off front bump They have horrible customer service. They don’t fix things properly. I went back 3 times for them to change headlight. You have to take off front bumper to change it, which is extra money.. so why does it go out in less than two years? Then I asked for them to check something else out and they forgot to, did it as I was leaving, and said I could come back to get it fixed for another $170. They don’t even try to work with you when you tell them that you have been there for multiple times for the same problem. They still charge you and still make you sit for hours on end. This is a terrible place and will not be going back. More
