Warranty repairs I had some warranty work done a couple of weeks ago. It's never a good time to take my vehicles out of service so usually Saturday is our only option. They were able to fit me in on the next Saturday. I was about to get an Uber home but they offered me a 2018 Silverado loaner. YES PLEASE! Great staff, and quality work. I will be returning. More

No call Had to come back twice to get it done. Even took an hour to tell me the first time they didn’t have the part. When I asked why I was not called(specif Had to come back twice to get it done. Broken heater blower I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and a new mount for my spare tire. The heat and defroster worked perfectly fine when I took it in. They told m I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and a new mount for my spare tire. The heat and defroster worked perfectly fine when I took it in. They told me they did a complete inspection of ever everything, including the transmission hoses that they wanted to replace, but didn't find anything wrong with the blower motor. When I drove away from the service center my heat didn't go on. I tried the defroster and no luck. I took it back and they told me they believed me it worked when I dropped the car off since it was -23 out that day, but there was no way they could've done anything to break the motor. $400 later I have working heat. Since it broke while in their care, it would have been nice if they would have at least given me a discount or not charged me labor. Instead I got from them that it was just a coincidence it broke in their care. The girls in the service department were nice about it, I just don't like how the situation was handled. More
