When I got there around 2:30 on last Wednesday, I would have stopped by the dealership and m I recently got an oil change service from Bill Kay Chevy. When I got there around 2:30 on last Wednesday, I would have stopped by the dealership and made an appointment for other day. However, I did not step out of my car. At that time, a front information desk person buzzed me in the garage and told me I could have a walk-in service because the time was not overbooked. I was so surprised and waited until it was done plus an additional rear wiper repair service which took exactly 1 hour. More
service on Tire pressure sensors TPS was reporting pressure for wrong wheel. Tech found that TPS needed to be 'reset' after tire rotation. During diagnosis of issue, tech went 'above TPS was reporting pressure for wrong wheel. Tech found that TPS needed to be 'reset' after tire rotation. During diagnosis of issue, tech went 'above and beyond' to look at why 'any' wheel would have low pressure. Found faulty valve stem. Replaced with our 'ok' in short amount of time. More
