Suburban leaks I am surprised my last two visits were for leaks in the vehicle. This week the antenna was loose enough that during rain, and we’ve had plenty’ soaked the driver on their legs. The lady that handled my paperwork said this is an issue they’ve seen on Suburbans as well as some other models. With the price of the vehicle you’d expect more. I’ve had 4 of them but I think this will be it. The service was fine, the 440.00 bill was not. More

No Surprises! I have been a Bill Kay customer for over 15 years. I took my Chevy Impala in for an oil change and guess what, NO SURPRISES. They did their usual I have been a Bill Kay customer for over 15 years. I took my Chevy Impala in for an oil change and guess what, NO SURPRISES. They did their usual "EXCELLENT" inspection and service. I knew ;that my 2010 had not had brakes replaced and would probably be due for servicing. The mechanic noticed that the pads were running thin and made his recommendations. Good call! He was spot on and I will be doing the replacement soon. Bill Kay service is a place you can trust.
