Mr Benjamin, I have tried to contact you to review your concerns at the number listed on your last service repair order dated 1-19-2017. I'm not sure why your vehicle failed the emission test but the last time we looked at your vehicle was January 19,2017 and your extended warranty paid all but your 100.00 deductible. At Bill Kay Chevrolet It is always our sincerest desire to satisfy each and every customer and perform the proper repairs on their vehicle. Although its been over 2 years since your last visit we can look at your vehicle and determine the reason for failure of the emission test at no charge to you.

Yes, bill Kay did a number of “repairs” in January 2017. The issue is that my check engine light continued to come on and someone named Danny told me not to worry about t because it was probably a computer glitch. Also, I’m not sure where you’re getting your information from, because the warranty company did not cover my repairs. Maybe that was one of the several times I needed to continue bringing my car back, but there was more than one repair, and the warranty company told me that if bill Kay had sought approval BEFORE doing the work, it would have been covered. We even had a sit down with bill and he told my father that Tom would take care of it. Guess what, Tom never took care of it. And I’m aware that you attempted to contact me but I was working and could not answer the phone. I’ve tried calling the number given to me three separate times, but no answer. I do not want to play phone tag, I want to talk to someone. At the end of the day, my car was operating perfectly until I took it in to bill kay Chevy for an oil change, and they FORGOT to put OIL back in my car. Who does that? You say you’d like to make the situation right. Then you say that you’ll figure out what the problem is for free....just so you can charge me to fix it. You want to make the situation right? You want a good review? I see two ways of doing that. A) since bill kay calls me incessantly to buy my car and flip it for more money, by all means, buy my car from me. Or B) you could fix the car properly at no charge to me. After all, if I hadn’t brought my car to you in the first place, I wouldn’t be in this mess now would I?
