Previous to coming to Bill Kay, I took my Chevy into a nearby Chevy dealer and consistently was ripped off, had poor service, and was treated disrespectfully. I finally made the decision to travel a little farther to try a different dealership. The staff was friendly, quick, down to earth, and didn't pressure. The service was quick and accurate. They pulled my car up for me and to my surprise it was washed and the tires were filled.. They went out of their way, which is rare to find nowadays. More

Suburban leaks I am surprised my last two visits were for leaks in the vehicle. My last visit previous to this week was for plastic window siding that came off on both sides. This week the antenna was loose enough that during rain, and we’ve had plenty’ soaked the driver on their legs. The lady that handled my paperwork said this is an issue they’ve seen on Suburbans as well as some other models. With the price of the vehicle you’d expect more. I’ve had 4 of them but I think this will be it. The service was fine, the 440.00 bill was not. More
