Very disappointing I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM app I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM appt. I did state when I dropped the car off that I would need someone to use my car to pick me up when service was completed & take me back to pay for service. At 4:30 PM I called to obtain the status of my vehicle, was told service was completed, & asked for a ride back to the facility. I was told there was no one available. At that time was the first time I was advised that there was a shuttle service but that was not available either. I was informed that I could take a uber or taxi & would be reimbursed. However, when I arrived at the facility, there were people standing around up front apparently in sales.. I was told that not one of those people could be asked to pick me up - even using m own vehicle. I have m own business & would never treat one of my customers in that manner - I value my customers. More
Great job! I took my car to Bill Kay so that I could have my air looked at. Thankfully it turned out to be a part coveted under my warranty. What’s ever better I took my car to Bill Kay so that I could have my air looked at. Thankfully it turned out to be a part coveted under my warranty. What’s ever better is that as the technician was driving around to make sure the air works (and it works great now!!!) he discovered something else that was wrong... a broken motor mount bolt (also covered under my warranty). So the technician was great!!!! Additionally the lady that I dealt with regarding my service progress was amazing!! She kept me completely in the loop as to any costs as well as discoveries! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. More
Terrible Had an oil change and tires rotated and then the same day had brakes put in at Midas. Midas informed me there was a gash in one of the tires. Then got tires replaced same day at discount tires and asked about the do you have the key lock for the tires. We said no because bill Kay said they couldn’t find it. He found the key in 10 seconds? We were going on a long trip which we told bill Kay. Not finding the gash in tire was going to be dangerous for us on the long trip. Thank goodness for Midas. No confidence in bill Kay. Will never go back. More

Lara was a very nice woman who worked through some of my scheduling needs to help me make a service appointment. The service technicians who worked on handling the recall parts were thorough and skilled .. removing the entire dash and reinstalling with no trace. My experience with your dispatcher/ service consultant Chris Schaeffer, however was so disappointing, to say the very least that I will not only not recommend your dealership for anything, I may reach out to people I know who are car shopping and give them caution with my story. I received several alerts that there was an urgent recall on the Takata airbags. I have since moved and the dealer I purchased the car from originally is quite far, so I thought I would try Bill Kay as it was in my new neighborhood. When I returned to pick up my car after the service was completed, I asked Mr. Schaeffer if he could talk to me about the gaurantee of of the new airbags working, as I had heard some people had been told by other dealerships that they could not. Evidently he didn't know the answer so he became defensive, rude and dismissive, telling me they were a dealer, not the airbag manufacturer and said Takata had gone out of business. How did that answer my question? He further referenced that it's like if I bought things from McDonald's and tried to sell them...I wouldn't really be McDonald's. What? That was some ingenious mansplainlng. Misogynistic behavior and attitude is definitely not acceptable. More
