Review: If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze from them in October 2012. I always take my car to them to get routine maintenance done. I also get the few other unexpected repairs done here too. Keep in mind, my car is not under warranty, but they do such an great job, that I don't want to take it somewhere else. The service department is always honest, very friendly, knowledgeable & fast! THE BEST!!! Today (Saturday, 9/17/19) my car would not start. I discovered this problem as I was about to leave for work at 7am. (Luckily I was able to use my husband's car to get to work.) I called them at 8am. Their service department was open!!! They said they may be able to look at it today, but most likely it will be Monday before it can be looked at. I totally understood. My car gets there around 10am. They call me at 1:30pm & tell me the problem & say they can fix it today. Luckily they had the parts & I guess it wasn't a huge job. I had to get a new battery & some wires or something with that replaced & they noticed I needed an oil change soon, so I got that done too. I was shocked!!! A Saturday & they were able to get to my car & had it fixed for me! They closed at 4pm, so I got the call a little before 4pm to say it was ready. That's awesome!!! The service department is awesome!!! THANK YOU BILL KAY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! More
