Service it self was good but..... they scratched my car The car was brought in for a recall and this went perfect. They completed the job on time with no cost to me. The issue was that they must have w The car was brought in for a recall and this went perfect. They completed the job on time with no cost to me. The issue was that they must have washed my car in their car wash. There must have been some rocks stuck in the towels because my car now has more then 20+ chips in the paint on the hood and roof all in the drivers side. I have never taken my car to a car wash and know that the chips were not there before. All the chips line up in the same general area down my car so this is the only explanation for the chips. More

Very Good Customer Service I called the Service Dept opened for business to make sure my vehicle was registered for service. Jaime was my service rep and was very pleasant & res I called the Service Dept opened for business to make sure my vehicle was registered for service. Jaime was my service rep and was very pleasant & responsive to my vehicle issue. She followed up about 2 hrs later & problem was diagnosed with action plan in place. It was a battery issue, however wanted to perform additional testing to make sure that was the entire issue. Jaime called back in early afternoon to provide an update & final disposition including several minor recommend preventative maintenance items. Again, she was very pleasant to speak with. I introduced myself in person when picking up my vehicle and she extended her wishes for a safe trip home, knowing I was from out of town. I would highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle needs!! More

Service Center comes through. Got the best service from your employee Jamie. My window switch broke and my window was stuck down. She got me in right away and got my window up.
