Alignment and battery replacement Very satisfied with service. One suggestion is that dealership does not offer two way shuttle service. Took too long Bought my car here. Scheduled my first oil change which also included tire rotation and inspection. took 2 hours to essentially change the oil and r Bought my car here. Scheduled my first oil change which also included tire rotation and inspection. took 2 hours to essentially change the oil and rotate the tires. We had gotten the floor liner package which included one for the far back of the traverse. I told them the velcro stickers weren't holding the mats up when the 3rd row seats were up. said they added velcro...got home and they still fell down...and didn't see any extra velcro. Just felt this was too long for the items done. More
