Service department and delivery of vehicle When I picked up my 2009 Chevy Trailblazer there's absolutely no gas in the vehicle my son had his 2012 Chevy Malibu work done at your service depart When I picked up my 2009 Chevy Trailblazer there's absolutely no gas in the vehicle my son had his 2012 Chevy Malibu work done at your service department they replaced some solenoid for about 260 some odd dollars the car was running rough that did not help it very much they claimed we needed spark plugs and it could be some other little items I had brought it to my mechanic and he found a vacuum hose was off and that's how the problem so I'm not sure if the thing we had repaired needed to be replaced so I cannot recommend your service and I cannot recommend your dealership More

recall complete There was a recall on my Chevy Trax. I was told it would take about 3 hours to complete. Blake had me in and out in record time (about 65 minutes). too long for an oil change I was at the dealer on Saturday, October 19 for an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours. really? and I made an appointment. Not only is she knowledgeable about what needs to be done, but she genuinely cares about the customer. She is a model employee. Kind, considerate, caring, even though she is doing 5 things at once. If Chevy were to a training video on how to be a service rep., this is the person to pick. Since it was a recall, it was free. The brakes work fine. They also checked my wheel alignment for free. Couldn’t be happier with this service. More
